We inspect your vacation rental before a guest checks in and/or after they have checked out. Our team member handles small issues like blowing dust off patio furniture and standing umbrellas upright. Bigger issues are reported to homeowner so they may engage the proper professionals to handle the problem.

We physically meet your guests at the vacation rental property and check them in. This includes ID verification, keys/access to property, ensuring all adult guests sign City of Palm Springs forms, and explaining house and city rules. We will also report to homeowner any over-occupancy issues.

We can stop by even if the house has been vacant for longer than normal, to flush toilets and perform general inspections. This includes checking for mail and handling little issues or alerting homeowner to bigger problems that may need the attention of the appropriate professional, such as a plumber or handyman.

How We Work

Save Big With Our A La Carte Services

We offer support to self-managed vacation rental homeowners throughout greater Palm Springs. Our services are supportive to the homeowner who has chosen to manage their own vacation rental property. We are not a property management company.

Our services are a la carte, which means you choose how much or little help you require from us. We offer pre-check-in inspections, guest meets and greets, post checkout inspections, and even just a simple house check service whenever you need us to handle things like flushing toilets, turning on/off pool heat, and generally making sure everything looks okay.

As the homeowner, you market your own property, collect your rental income and fees, directly pay the City of Palm Springs TOT taxes, and generally run your own vacation rental as a private business. We merely offer support services that are especially helpful for out-of-town vacation rental property homeowners who need an extra hand with the finer details of running a day-to-day vacation rental. Currently, we only offer vacation rental support services to the Palm Springs market.

And rest assured your vacation rental will be in the very experienced hands of our founding owner, Gerry Moylan, who currently self-manages his own vacation rental home in Palm Springs.
