We are a LGBTQ-owned and operated firm focused mainly on residential and luxury property sales and leasing. We also specialize in Trust & Probate sales. Moylan Realty Group is an earth-conscious firm that strives for every real estate transaction to be paperless and as stress-free as possible. We also love animals and are big promoters of dog rescues.
Gerard "Gerry" Moylan is the founding CEO and Broker of Moylan Realty Group. He has spent the last 20 years working as an award-winning Top Producing Realtor, year after year.

Our history
The big real estate companies got in the way of what we wanted to accomplish in this business. There were too many fees and far too much bureaucracy. So in 2011 Gerry decided to get his broker's license and form the smaller, more personalized and focused real estate brokerage he'd always envisioned. Moylan Realty Group was born.
